Why dont my questions get answered?

people here tend to like the questions that they can answer in ways that show how clever they are, or how glib they can be. The irony is that youll get TONS of responses to this one, but ask something that requires some reflection and critical thought and youre not likely to hear much. Also, Ive noticed that if people dont answer your question within an hour of your posting, youre not likely to get any responses after that. Its about the points, really, not about serious inquiry.
